Master dog sport performance at both ends of the leash

Create a confident, high-performing dog sport team so you can show up at your best when the pressure is on. Every time.

You train hard. You’ve got the skills. But when the pressure’s on?

Too many talented dog sport teams struggle to show their true ability in competition. The problem isn’t effort or dedication. It’s the missing performance skills that allow you and your dog to stay clear, calm, and focused when it matters most.

Mantras and “think positive” don’t work when your body is panicking

I used to be a hot, barfing mess before competing.

Until the day I bolted from a trial, sobbed under a tree, and watched my dog happily play with a stick like nothing had happened. That moment forced a decision: figure out how to bring joy back to competing, or quit. It sent me deep into performance psychology, behavior science, and nervous-system regulation. Nearly twenty years later, I’ve helped hundreds of teams learn to show up calm, confident, and capable under pressure.

Great performance isn’t about training non-stop, staying positive, or trying harder. It’s about learning to master performance at both ends of the leash.
